We have been insuring Homeowners and Commercial risks since 1978 in Florida and now in other Southeastern states. Service Insurance Company is 100% owned. Subsidiary of Bay Area Insurance Services which is 45% owned by IAT Re.

Since 1988, Service Insurance Company has been consistently rated "A-" (excellent) by A.M. Best Company, insurance industry analysts for over 80 years. This rating is based on our financial strength and management performance.
