you should do:

Contact
your agent. If your agent is not available, you may contact us as
shown at the bottom of this page.

Complete any emergency repairs to protect you and your family from
any further damage.
- Begin
the process of itemizing any damaged or stolen items. If there has been
a loss due to vandalism or theft, contact your local police dept. immediately.
Here's
what we'll do:
- A claims representative
will discuss the claims process with you. They will ask you some questions
to start processing your claim immediately.
- An adjuster will
contact you to make an assessment of your loss.
- Our claims staff
will settle your claim quickly & fairly, and keep you updated throughout
the process.
