What you should do:

  • Contact us as shown at the bottom of this page.
  • Complete any emergency repairs to protect you and your family from any further damage.
  • Begin the process of itemizing any damaged or stolen items. If there has been a loss due to vandalism or theft, contact your local police dept. immediately.

Here's what we'll do:

  • A claims representative will discuss the claims process with you. They will ask you some questions to start processing your claim immediately.
  • An adjuster will contact you to make an assessment of your loss.
  • Our claims staff will settle your claim quickly & fairly, and keep you updated throughout the process.
  • Our goal is to get things back to normal for you as quickly as possible.
